Metro B, stop "Náměstí Republiky", exit direction: Náměstí Republiky / Palladium, Bus 133, night bus 505 and 511, Tram 8, 14, 26, night tram 51 and 54.  Regular public transport runs up to roughly half an hour after midnight, afterwards you can use the night links.

There are several restaurants in the area, indian fastfood and few small food stores. You can also find supermarkets in the Náměstí Republiky Square.
